Company has commenced operations at its new state of the art facility for manufacture of polymer compounds at Chitegaon on 4th April 2016. The factory was inaugurated by Shri Vijaykumar Jindal (Director) in the presence of all board members and factory team.

PGIPL team has developed Base resin Filler Compound with low MFI LLDPE as carrier resin. Trials were successfully completed at M/s Radhakrishna Plastics, Nagpur for Sugar liners and carry bags. This product is suitable for loading > 75% (w/w) in sugar liners and shall contribute heavily in saving material costs for manufacturers.

PGIPL team has developed Base resin Filler Compound with low MFI HMHDPE as carrier resin. Trials were successfully completed at M/s Keshar Plastic, Pune for Industrial liners and carry bags. This product is suitable for loading > 80% (w/w) in sugar liners and ABA films. Since this product shall directly replace polymer in the product mix it shall lead to noteworthy savings in raw material cost.

Company participated in Plastivision 2017 and exhibited its products at 4A13. Our team is thankful to all visitors for their encouraging response and strong interest in our products.

PGIPL has been awarded distributorship by Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd for its Mangpol Polypropylene products. Company is expected to start operations from 2nd week of Feb 2018.
